BOOKING FREE SURGERIES

Once you are TNR Certified, you may book free spay/neuter surgeries with our Participating Partners, listed below.

HOW TO BOOK:
Call to schedule your appointment in advance at 937.268.7387. You must have your TNR Certification Card with you when you drop off the cat on the surgery day otherwise you will be responsible for payment at their current pricing.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
  • Please use for individual TNR efforts only. For dedicated TNR groups, only 10 appointments per group may be used at the HSGD. For free surgeries above 10 appointments, use UCAN. (Info below).
  • Cats MUST be in traps at surgery drop off. Cats in carriers will not be accepted. 
  • Your TNR Certification card covers: spay (with tattoo) or neuter, mandatory ear-tip, and rabies vaccine without a tag. Other optional services are available but must be paid by the Colony Caretaker at drop off by cash or card (no checks).

HOW TO BOOK: 
No appointments necessary for up to 2 cats per day. For larger groups of cats, please call 
513.721.7387 in advance. List Gem City Kitties upon drop off. Drop off is between 7:30am - 11:00am on Tuesday - Thursday only. 
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
  • Cats MUST be in a trap, with only one cat per trap.

• Residents from all counties welcome as long as appointments are available. Montgomery county residents will be prioritized during busy seasons. 
• Surgery dates must be reserved in advance.
• All fees must be paid before a surgery date can be reserved.
• Checks are not accepted for payment; however, cash and credit cards are accepted.
• Animals must be brought to the Humane Society on the day of surgery and picked up on the same day.

COST: $51 cat for spay and $36 for neuter. Both include rabies vaccine, and ear tip. Optional microchip for $25.

• Residents from all counties welcome.
• Surgery dates must be reserved in advance. Surgery dates are: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. 
• Checks are not accepted for payment. Cash and credit cards are accepted.
• Animals must be brought to His Hands Extended Sanctuary on the day of surgery from and picked up on the same day.

LOW COST SPAY/NEUTER - NO INCOME VERIFICATION

COST: $40 neuter or $50 for spay. Optional rabies vaccine [strongly recommended] for $10. Free ear tip. Optional microchip for $25. Community cat spay/neuters fall under the Low Income pricing structure at SICSA.

Residents must live in the South Park Historic District in Dayton. Animals must be brought to SICSA on the day of surgery and picked up on the same day.
